DESIGNATION : HR Executive, Engagement & Development

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Candidates with an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) will be highly considered
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in Learning & Development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (able to handle simple Mandarin translation when required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive Learning & Development and Career Development to build workforce skills and capabilities.
  • Lead onboarding programmes to reinforce mission, culture, values, HR policies, and products/services.
  • Support Talent Management and Succession Planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Partner with tertiary institutions on internships/traineeships to attract future talent.
  • Conduct climate surveys and dialogue sessions to gauge employee engagement and strengthen team cohesiveness.
  • Lead assigned HR digitalization projects.
  • Organize in-house training and lunch & learn sessions.
