RESPONSIBILITIES: Align people strategies and policies in Business Units with the overall corporate mission and objectives. Act as employee champion and change agent to Business Units Responsible to manage BUs and drive EES results/ surveys. Work with Management to drive relevant HR strategies. Support key activities which includes but not limited to promotion, annual increment cycle, performance management etc. that deliver impact Observe operations workflow and recommend policies, guidelines, and procedures. Detect potential issues within operations and provides solutions to respective parties. Provide consultancy to hiring managers in identifying potential candidates. Ensure high levels of internal customer satisfaction. Participate and support the drive towards branding of as an employer of choice. Review and participate in HR process improvement projects. Engage in conflict resolution, investigations, and performance improvements of staff matters. Promoting diversity, equality and inclusion in hiring and daily operations WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Bachelor's degree in human resource management or relevant area of study is preferred. 2 - 3 years of experience in HR. Possess strong consultative skills and proven record in customer relationship management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact with all levels of the organization. Working knowledge of local employment legislation and practices, and statutory programs. Proficient in MS Excel, added experience with reporting tools (i.e Power BI) will be a bonus. Analytical and an eye for detail, comfortable with number crunching
