Our client, a respected public sector organisation based in South Dublin, is seeking a motivated HR Officer to join their team on a 6-month contract. This hybrid role (maximum 2 days in the office) offers the chance to gain hands-on HR experience in a collaborative and supportive environment, with strong potential for permanency. Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
  • Assist with recruitment administration and coordination, including scheduling, shortlisting, and candidate communication
  • Support the Learning & Development function, including organising training sessions and maintaining records
  • Shadow interviews and gain exposure to full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Support wider HR administrative tasks and contribute to project work as needed
