Our team at Amaya Beach, Pasikudah is on the lookout for an experienced individual to fill the available positions mentioned below: Human Resource Executive Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role within a star-class hotel or resort. * Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and other HR functions, particularly in a hospitality or resort setting. * Knowledge of labour laws, compliance standards, and HR management systems. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail. * Ability to work proactively, as part of a team, and perform well under pressure. * Ability to converse fluently in Tamil is essential.   Scope * Manage hiring processes, from job postings to candidate selection and employee onboarding. * Address staff concerns, promote positive workplace culture, and drive engagement initiatives. * Ensure adherence to labour laws and internal policies while supporting performance management processes. * Oversee payroll, leave management, and employee benefits to maintain accurate records and compliance.
