As an HR Executive at Camptra Technologies, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, talent development, compliance, and strategy. You will work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with the company's goals and ensure that our organization remains a great place to work. HR Executive – Immediate Joiner Location: Hyderabad, India Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: ​8-10 Lakhs Work Mode: Hybrid Working Days: Monday–Friday (5 days/week) Experience Required: 3-6 Years. Responsibilities ​· Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination. · Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities. · Maintain employee data, HR files, and documentation. · Coordinate attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs. · Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. · Support the implementation of HR policies and employee engagement initiatives · Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements. · Prepare basic HR reports and MIS.
