  • Working location: Redhill, Singapore
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource/Payroll Administration Management or relevant qualifications.
  • At least 2 years of relevant HR and administrative experience preferred.I.T. savvy and proficient in WhyzeHR and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings and interview scheduling
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with MOM regulations
  • Handle work pass applications and renewals
  • Prepare employment letters and contracts
  • Track employee leave, attendance, and claimsPerform general HR administrative duties

PAYROLL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-cycle payroll processing (monthly salary, CPF, IRAS submissions)
  • Ensure statutory compliance (SDL, SHG, NS claims, childcare leave grants)Administer staff benefits (insurance, medical claims, training grants)

ADDITIONAL (OPTIONAL) RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft HR policies and SOPs (employee handbook, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling)
  • Support employee relations and manage workplace conflicts
  • Assist in performance appraisals and KPI system implementation
  • Support manpower and succession planning initiativesConduct training needs analysis and apply for relevant subsidies (SSG, WSQ, etc.)
