KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in KSA.
  • Valid KSA Driving License is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms and MS Office tools.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Hiring:
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and job portals for effective talent acquisition.
  • HRMS Management:
  • Maintain and update the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to ensure accuracy in employee data.
  • Train employees on HRMS modules such as attendance, leave, and performance management.
  • Generate HR reports using the system for payroll, compliance, and decision-making purposes.
  • Employee Onboarding & Documentation:
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
  • Manage work permits, Iqama renewals, visa processing, and other employee-related legal documentation.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
  • Compliance & Policy Management:
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • Regularly update HR policies and communicate changes to employees.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and supporting managers with evaluations.
  • Identify employee development needs and recommend training programs.
  • Payroll Assistance:
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate processing of salaries and benefits.
  • Manage calculations for overtime, leave salary, and end-of-service benefits.
  • Training & Development:
  • Coordinate training programs to upskill employees and enhance performance.
  • Track participation and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Prepare and present HR analytics, including turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data to support management decisions.
  • Travel Coordination:
  • Arrange travel logistics for employees, including transportation and accommodation for work-related purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with travel policies and expense tracking.
