We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources, preferably in the interior fit-out, construction, or related industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–4 years of proven HR experience, preferably in an interior fit-out or construction company
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Handle recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Coordinate payroll and employee benefits administration
• Support performance reviews and employee development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies
• Maintain attendance and leave records
• Assist with internal communications and employee engagement programs
