Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day human resources activities in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, attendance, onboarding, and general personnel administration. Strong communication skills, confidentiality, organization, and a good understanding of HR practices are important for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and provide administrative support to employees and management.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Prepare offer letters, employment documents, and other HR-related correspondence.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and orientation activities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel files.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and related HR information.
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and employee data.
- Handle routine employee queries and support effective employee relations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Assist with employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and other HR actions.
- Support employee exit procedures, including resignation and clearance formalities.
- Ensure HR records and processes comply with applicable company policies and UAE employment requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding employee-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, letters, and management summaries.
- Assist with staff training, employee engagement, and workplace activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Keep updated on relevant HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an HR Executive, HR Officer, or HR Coordinator is preferred.
- UAE HR experience and knowledge of local employment practices will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, and HR administration.
- Familiarity with HRMS or HR management software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
