Responsibilities
Partner with business units to conduct comprehensive learning needs analysis to identify current and future training requirements aligned with organizational goals.
Support the end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) process, including training plan development, selection of delivery methods, stakeholder and vendor coordination, course registration, learning outcome evaluation, grant/bond administration, and vendor payment (e.g., invoice validation, budget reconciliation).
Collect, prepare, and analyze training data to generate actionable HR and business insights and drive continuous improvement.
Assist in talent development and succession planning by implementing structured and customized development plans for high-potential employees.
Collaborate with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and national agencies to manage internship, professional attachment, and scholarship programs.
Design and facilitate on-boarding programs, including developing content for orientation sessions and analyzing feedback to enhance the on-boarding experience.
Oversee regulatory compliance for SkillsFuture and other training reimbursements by ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, and support internal and external audits and training-related surveys.
Undertake additional duties or special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
