Job Description – HR Executive Experience: 3–5 Years (Mandatory UAE Experience)

1. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRIS.
2. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
3. Handle visa, Emirates ID, labour card, and insurance documentation with the PRO.
4. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
5. Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
6. Support performance appraisals, training, and employee engagement activities.
7. Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential HR records.
8. 8.Manage employee onboarding and HR documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of HR experience with mandatory UAE experience.
3. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
4. Hands-on experience in HR operations, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
5. Experience coordinating visa, Emirates ID, labour card, and medical insurance processes with the PRO.
6. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
9. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
10. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
