We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Executive to support our human resources operations and contribute to building a high-performance culture.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws is an advantage.

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Support payroll processing and administration of benefits.
• Coordinate training, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and internal HR policies.
• Provide HR administrative support to management and staff.
