  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and pre-employment checks, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with Heads of Department to meet staffing needs within approved headcount and budgets, and build talent pipelines through relevant recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements and onboarding, ensuring new colleagues have a welcoming and well-organised start.
  • Identify training needs and plan, coordinate and deliver the annual training calendar in line with departmental priorities and brand standards.
  • Deliver induction programmes, support departmental trainers and coordinate mandatory training, tracking participation, completion and effectiveness.
  • Support cross-training, career development and internal promotion opportunities.
  • Organise employee activities, recognition programmes and wellbeing initiatives, and support employee feedback and engagement action plans.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports covering headcount, recruitment, turnover, training and employee activities, highlighting trends and practical recommendations.
  • Support daily HR operations, colleague queries and departmental projects, coordinating routine matters in the HR Manager’s absence and escalating sensitive issues appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, hotel policies and brand standards.

About you

  • 2+ years of relevant HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and learning and development, preferably within luxury hospitality.
  • Experience delivering training and coordinating employee engagement activities, with confident facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE processes, visa and onboarding requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across a culturally diverse team.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with HR and learning management systems.
  • Initiative, sound judgement and attention to detail, with the confidence to take ownership and support departmental priorities.
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Support attendance management, leave administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
  • Coordinate employee performance review processes and maintain performance records.

  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee attendance and leave information.
