POSITION SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Lead will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across all HR functions. This role plays a key part in driving the company’s people agenda, fostering a positive and performance-driven culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling organizational growth through effective talent and people management practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 6–8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR operations, including policy design, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement HR strategies in alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning to support business growth.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisal systems.
  • Handle compensation, benefits administration, and HR budgeting to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies; stay up-to-date with regulatory changes.
  • Advise leadership on organizational structure, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet HR operational needs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
