JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage daily HR operations and support a positive and compliant workplace culture. This role involves recruitment, employee engagement, records management, and HR coordination in line with UAE labor laws and internal policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR procedures.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS and internal databases.
  • Support performance management, including goal setting and appraisal cycles.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, employee documentation, and benefits processing.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
  • Prepare HR reports and support internal/external audit requirements.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
  • Work closely with department heads to meet staffing and HR needs.
