Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee files, HR records, databases and documentation
• Prepare offer letters, employment letters and other HR documents
• Support onboarding, employee lifecycle and exit formalities
• Maintain payroll-related data, leave and attendance records
• Coordinate medical insurance and employee-related requirements
• Support employee relations and day-to-day HR queries
• Maintain HR filing, documentation and compliance records
• Coordinate with employees, clients and external service providers
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively identify solutions
