NIE invites suitable applications for the position of HR Executive in the Human Resource Department. This is a 3-year contract post.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Polytechnic Diploma, preferably in Business Studies with specialization in Human Resource Management.
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a HR role. Experience in working on faculty matters in an Institute of Higher Learning will be advantageous.
  • Familiar with the Employment Act, local immigration rules and work pass application procedures.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and good with numbers.
  • Very good IT skills and highly procient in Microsoft Ofce applications.
  • Able to take initiative, work independently, and collaboratively in teams.
  • Good communication (written and spoken) skills.
  • Experience in using Workday will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Support the full spectrum of HR functions such as appointment, contract renewal, leave, benets, performance management, promotion, career development and exit.
  • Provide support in data management work.
  • Manage queries and provide advice to stakeholders like line managers and employees.
  • Prepare HR statistical reports.
  • Provide support in HR projects and initiatives.
  • Review HR processes and procedures.
