Mission: We are looking for an HR Executive to support the growth and retention of Sleek staff globally by ensuring solid HR data and seamless operations. Outcomes: HR Operations and Compliance Ensure OMNI is kept up to date as the single source of truth, reducing reliance on spreadsheets and manual reconciliation Maintain accurate employee data in OMNI (Sleek’s HRIS), including headcount, cost centres, compensation, tenure, contracts, personal data and employment changes Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory filings across assigned markets in collaboration with the Finance team and EOR partners, resolving any payroll-related discrepancies within 48 hours Provide ongoing guidance to managers and employees on local HR matters such as leave entitlements and standard employment practices within the assigned market Onboarding and Offboarding Excellence Deliver a seamless and enjoyable onboarding processes that integrate new joiners into Sleek's culture Assist managers with the delivery of clear 30, 60, 90-day plans with measurable success criteria for all new hires within their first week Ensure the capture of probation feedback, onboarding data, leave, claims, and compliance records in OMNI are accurate and processed timely Ensure a thorough and respectful offboarding process that protects company assets and preserves positive relationships with departing employees. Learning and Development Ensure mandatory training for new joiners is completed on time, and promptly escalate any delays or non-compliance to management Engagement and Employee relations Support and deliver employee engagement initiatives that strengthen connection, morale, and a positive workplace experience across the assigned market. Support employees and managers on employee relations matters with empathy and fairness, grounded in a clear understanding of local labour laws and company policies, working closely with EOR partners and escalating to management in a timely manner Requirements: To do this, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in HR operations experience and you will most likely be located in the PHILIPPINES or INDIA. Must Have: Strong familiarity with Google workspace environment, especially Google sheets and Slides. Hands-on experience supporting payroll and day-to-day HR operations Strong administrative discipline, attention to detail, and comfort working with HR data, systems, and documentation. Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse teams Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini or similar) to support HR operations tasks such as drafting communications, analysing data and improving process efficiency. You will leverage your strong infrastructure and development skills in post-incident reviews to find the underlying cause of failures and prevent future incidents. Attention to detail: You’ll be managing multiple, complex workstreams from numerous stakeholders. It will be important for you to keep track of everything and notice when information is missing or inconsistent. Excellent listener and clear communicator: We have a variety of nationalities and for many people, English isn’t their first language. For you to excel, you’ll need to be present in your calls and make sure you properly receive and thoughtfully send messages to others in the business. Analytical Mindset: You have a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to dissecting problems. You excel at analysing complex systems and processes to identify weaknesses and inefficiencies, and your ability to evaluate multiple scenarios enables you to devise the best testing strategies. You apply data-driven decisions to enhance testing coverage and performance metrics, ensuring the highest standards of software quality. Collaboration-Driven: You thrive in a cross-functional team environment, working closely with developers, product managers, and operations teams to ensure alignment on requirements and testing goals. You communicate effectively, advocate for quality throughout the development process, and proactively address potential issues before they arise, fostering a culture of shared responsibility for delivering exceptional software. AI-ready and curious: Sleekbooks already utilises AI capabilities, but there are many more applications to be found and incorporated. We want the candidate to be able to identify additional AI-led applications and be able to ascertain the practicalities of those solutions The interview process The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish. Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role.
