Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees in compliance with UAE labor laws. Full and Final Settlement: Manage full and final settlements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Leave Salary Management: Calculate and process leave salaries as per company policy and labor law requirements. Advances: Handle employee advance requests and ensure proper documentation and approval. Payroll Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Attendance Management: Monitor and manage employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy in payroll processing. Data Churning and Analysis: Perform data churning and analysis to generate payroll reports and insights for management. SLA Management: Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to payroll processing and related activities
