Job Description Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data validation, salary computation, and timely disbursement Generate and maintain payroll, compliance, and HR MIS reports for management and audit purposes Handle payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in coordination with finance and HR teams Address employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and statutory benefits Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and government authorities for payroll and compliance matters Support internal and external audits by providing accurate payroll and compliance data Handle end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality Prepare and maintain payroll, compliance, and HR MIS reports for management review Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve payroll and compliance-related queries Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other labour law requirements Qualifications Experience: 4 - 5 years Education: B. Com / M.com / MBA (Dual specialization – HR & Finance) Proficiency in HRMS/payroll systems and advanced MS Excel for MIS preparation Ability to prepare, analyse, and present HR and payroll MIS reports High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain data confidentiality Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level (for career site): Experienced Professional Contract Type: Permanent Job Family: Human Resources
