Job Summary: The HR Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by assisting with various HR functions, including employee relations and HR administration. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: HR Administration/Operations & Compliance: Handle all cases of on-board, transfer, relocation, promotion, contract extension and off-board Provide administration support on immigration related matter for all expatriate employees Support Head of HR – Thailand / Head of HR - Cartier to handle all employee related matters, such as employee relations, employee complaints and disciplinaries or other disruptions for all populations Handle all upcoming request related to HR matter from external stakeholders (e.g. call/email from bank and financial institution) Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (physical and digital including through Human Resources Information System i.e. SAP and Workday) in compliance with data protection regulations. Prepare HR related reports and analytics as required. Ensure adherence to all relevant local labour laws and company policies. Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR-related documentation. Ensure and maintain proper invoice records and documentations with HR related vendors. Ensure all HR data is submitted according to payroll schedule. Compensation & Benefits Support annual performance review circle and annual salary & bonus review Support company C&B program implementation (e.g. new commission scheme) Talent Acquisition Partner with TA on recruitment process from interviewing and offering for retail populations and other administrative support of all vacancies Partner with L&D team on orientation program, ensure that new joiners have a first-class onboarding experience Employee Relations: HR Contact point on local staff benefits i.e. provident fund, insurance and flexible benefit and related employee queries ensuring a timely response and resolution. Promote a positive employee experience and contribute to maintaining a harmonious workplace. Support the effective communication and cascade of key HR initiatives to employees. Employee Relations Support new employee engagement survey launch (i.e. My Voice) Ad-hoc Projects: Manage/assist with the organisation of employee engagement initiatives. Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications: Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields Solid years relevant experience in HR and experience in HRIS (SAP and/or Workday) is preferred Proficient in MS Offices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
