Description
We are seeking a proactive and meticulous HR Executive to join our team   As the first point of contact for employees, you will play a vital role in creating a positive employee experience. This position is responsible for a range of HR administrative functions, including managing contract renewals, and organising events to foster a collaborative and engaging workplace   Job scope: - Liaise with operations and employees on Re-employment, Conversion to Perm, and Fixed Term contract renewal matters. - Handle employee onboarding, which includes conducting 1st Day New Hires Orientation and badge collection. - Facilitate Work Permit and S Pass renewal. - Coordinate and organise engagement sessions. - Handle employee offboarding. - Provide support for Townhall and company events. - Perform any other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.   Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field. - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR administration. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. - Must be a good team player, meticulous and able to communicate confidently.
