Join us to take your career journey to the next level! # ProudlyCCI Job Identification The HR Executive, Iraq is a position responsible for centrally plan and lead the talent management and L&D portfolio across CCI Iraq in close collaboration with the HR Business Partner and Head of HR.What we Expect Design and manage the performance management process in line with Group Office guidelines. Work with HR BPs to ensure smooth execution, build team capability, and remain the main contact for tracking and reporting to leadership, supporting a pay-for-performance culture. Support the HR BPs in implementing the Talent Development Framework (TDF) across CCI Iraq. Help identify and grow key talent to maintain a strong pipeline and bench strength for various business needs. Spearhead the strategic approach of implementing TDF as per GO guidelines across CCI Iraq with a keen focus on identifying developmental needs and required interventions to ensure career growth and progress of identified future leaders, building a talent pipeline in accordance with company vision Work closely with functional leaders and HR BPs to support hiring for managerial roles and above. Provide guidance to the Service Centre on sourcing strategies and contribute to strategic workforce planning. Manage talent programs from start to finish, especially those aimed at attracting young talent. Support participants throughout the program until graduation. Build strong relationships with universities, alumni, and head-hunters to support employer branding. Represent CCI for senior-level candidates, lead onboarding for new joiners, and support internal EVP initiatives with the Organizational Development team. Collaborate with HR BPs on new and existing initiatives to simplify Talent Acquisition and Management processes. Align with industry trends and Group Office guidelines to improve efficiency and encourage innovation. Lead and develop the Talent team to meet key performance indicators on time. Monitor and manage the Talent Management budget to ensure sufficient resources for people initiatives. Act as the expert on talent analytics to support decision-making. Be the main contact for launching and managing talent processes in the system that support employee development. Support succession planning and leadership development by creating programs that prepare high-potential employees for future roles. Work closely with HR BPs, department heads, and external partners to align capability development with business objectives. Encourage continuous learning and professional growth through internal campaigns, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing platforms. Oversee the capability development budget and ensure efficient use of resources for training and development activities. Track the effectiveness of development initiatives using KPIs, feedback, and performance data to continuously improve programs. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree of Business, Social Science, HR or related filed. 5 years of experience in HR functional and management sector. Highly analytical. Able to lead and manage systems and cross-functional projects. Upper Intermediate in English. Manage internal customer requests through consulting mission. Recruitment project demands are of good quality and meet on time. The realization ratio of planned activities. Good knowledge of CCI Management Systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel. Managerial and/or other functions experience is a plus.
