We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving initiatives related to employee relations, engagement, payroll, and celebrations while fostering a collaborative and motivated workplace. Job Title: HR Executive Location: Mumbai (On-site) Pay Scale: Upto INR 5 LPA (Depending on the profile) Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations , including attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation. Handle employee relations by acting as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team activities, workshops, and celebrations. Drive rewards and recognition programs to boost motivation and appreciation across teams. Assist in organizing and executing company events, town halls, and milestone celebrations. Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reports. Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements. Collaborate with management to continuously improve employee experience and workplace culture. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or generalist roles (preferably in a creative or agency setup). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across teams. Good understanding of HR processes such as payroll, attendance, and employee relations. Ability to plan and execute engagement activities creatively and efficiently. A proactive, organized, and empathetic approach with attention to detail.
