REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
