Position: HR Executive We’re looking for a driven, people-focused HR professional to join our team as a HR Executive — someone passionate about building great teams, shaping company culture, and driving people excellence in a fast-paced environment. You’ll handle the full spectrum of HR operations — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, payroll support, compliance. Key Responsibilities Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and manage the full recruitment cycle. Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.). Manage attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance to maintain a positive work environment. Analyze HR metrics and contribute insights to workforce planning, organizational development, and HR strategies aligned with TRAVELOG’s growth objectives. Support talent management, including career development and succession planning. Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance company culture and employee capability. Perform general HR and administrative support tasks, such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and assisting management in daily operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 1 years of relevant HR experience. Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Strong command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
