This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating positive workplace experiences while ensuring HR compliance and operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently.
  • Professional, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations.
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide support on performance, discipline, and grievance issues.
  • Organize training programs, performance appraisals, and staff development initiatives.
  • Coordinate payroll processing in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor standards and company policies.
  • Promote employee engagement and maintain a healthy workplace culture.
  • Assist with administrative HR tasks including leave management, benefits administration, and documentation.
