JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum Diploma in HR Management with at least 1-2 years’ working experience in similar capacity
· Candidates with Talent Acquisition experience is advantageous
· An eye for details with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
· Strong work ethics
· Strong knowledge in MOM regulations
· Familiar with HRMS (ie. InfoTech, HREasily, QuickHR)
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
· Proactive with a “can-do” attitude
· Possess CEI Basic Certification is advantageous
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ROLE:
The HR Executive supports on-site HR operations support to clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prepare monthly payroll and headcount reports
· Liaison on payroll matters with relevant stakeholders
· Process monthly payroll as per schedule including staff claims
· Manage onboarding & offboarding
· Filing of claims and tax related matters to various government agencies
· Maintain and upkeep training records for ISO audits
· Process work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and processing IR21
· Coordinate training courses both internally and externally
· Make plans for yearly engagement events within budget given
· Manage yearly renewal of corporate insurance, corporate license/s (if any)
· Maintain and upkeep staff p-files, leave records and staff directory
· Ad-hoc projects relating to work process improvement
