• Prepare and validate attendance records for payroll processing.
• File and manage WICA claims.
• Manage the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes.
• Address employee grievances and facilitate a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of HR experience in a construction industry.
• Proficient in Infotech and Times Payroll software.
