JOB DESCRIPTION – HR EXECUTIVE

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and compliance with UAE Labour Law. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support both HR and administrative functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, memos, and employee files.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, payroll support, and monthly HR reports.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Coordinate visa processing, renewals, medicals, EID, and PRO follow‑ups.
  • Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain HR databases, employee records, and digital documentation.
  • Assist in performance management, probation reviews, and appraisal documentation.
  • Manage HR communication, inquiry handling, and internal announcements.
  • Support training, onboarding sessions, and new employee orientation.
  • Coordinate with finance, operations, and management for smooth HR workflow.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Strong organisational skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–4 years of UAE experience to manage daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, payroll coordination, attendance management, employee relations, visa and labour processes, HR administration, and compliance with UAE Labour Law. The candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate employee induction and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, HR letters, warning letters, experience certificates, salary certificates, and other HR-related documents.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HRMS/ERP databases.
  • Handle payroll coordination and monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and timesheets on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate visa applications, labour cards, Emirates IDs, medical insurance, contract renewals, and other employee documentation with the PRO.
  • Monitor employee probation, confirmations, contract renewals, transfers, resignations, and end-of-service processes.
  • Handle employee relations by addressing HR queries, resolving workplace issues, and supporting disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Assist in performance management, employee evaluations, and training coordination.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports, including recruitment, attendance, leave, turnover, manpower, and other management reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information, HR documents, and personnel records.
  • Support HR audits, policy implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Perform general HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
