Full job description

Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant staff, including Waiters, Chefs, Kitchen Helpers, Cashiers, Baristas, Supervisors, and Cleaners.

• Post job vacancies on online job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave, and probation periods.
• Coordinate with PRO and management for visa, labor, and onboarding documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Prepare HR reports and support management with workforce planning.
• Female Candidate is preferred.
• 3+ years of UAE experience is required.
