Responsibilities Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback to management. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role in the HR field. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build relationships. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
