Als HR Expert People Experience geef je actief vorm aan onze HR- en cultuurtransformatie. In deze rol fungeer je als strategische sparringpartner van de Global Head of HR en het wereldwijde HR-leiderschapsteam. Je bent een voorbeeld van moderne samenwerking en leiderschap, met impact over afdelingen en functies heen.

WHO WE ARE

ENERCON is an international and growing organization with 22.000 colleagues worldwide and a German parent company. In the Netherlands we employ about 300 colleagues. We have been successful for over 20 years from various locations in the Netherlands. We develop, build and offer service to high-tech wind turbines characterized by innovative technology.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and guiding a cohesive approach to employee experience, and determining and monitoring actions that align with the strategy to strengthen ENERCON as an attractive employer.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and following up on employee feedback (for example, through an employee survey), and sharing valuable insights with HR teams within ENERCON, both regionally and globally.
  • Establishing contact with external networks and experts in the field of employee experience, innovations, and effective methods, and applying these insights within ENERCON’s employee experience approach.
  • Coordinating and executing HR communications, ensuring continuous alignment with ENERCON’s marketing and communication approach, as well as the overarching HR strategy.
  • Participating in the management of the HR process landscape, leading or supporting strategic HR projects and initiatives, and contributing to strategic ENERCON projects when necessary.
