ERCO Worldwide is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR File Administrator to join our corporate office team on a temporary basis. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of a digital transformation by organizing, digitizing, and streamlining critical records.
This is more than just a filing job—it’s a chance to gain hands-on experience with real-world administrative processes, learn industry-standard SOPs, and contribute to regulatory compliance and operational readiness. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that essential documentation is secure and accessible! This will be a 2-month contract with the possibility of an extension!

Responsibilities

Filing & Archiving

  • Provide general administrative support across departments, including data entry, document filing, photocopying, and scheduling.
  • Verify that all scanned documents are clear, complete, and correctly filed.
  • Systematically name and organize hard copies into digital files in line with established protocols.
  • Contribute to the development of a searchable digital archive that meets the regulatory requirements.

Document Handling

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Implement and manage document tracking systems to monitor revisions, approvals, and distribution. Support teams in efficiently retrieving data.
  • Scanning, indexing, quality-checking, and organizing documents to ensure a smooth and accurate migration into a document management system.

Other Duties

  • Uphold and promote health, safety, and environmental standards in all work settings, fostering a culture of safety.
