ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for someone proactive in maintaining HR & finance administration for multiple entities. The HR & Finance teams are situated in various geographic locations, including Prague, Wroclaw, Eindhoven, Amsterdam & Warsaw. After a thorough onboarding, you will be supporting local HR Business Partners and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes: managing employee benefits programs, creation of HR-related documents, employee record maintenance, managing HR mailbox, and other HR administrative tasks as assigned. You also play a key role in supporting the finance team: handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank transactions, purchase invoices, sales invoices, and all other basic financial tasks.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO CANDIDATES:

- If you’ve previously handled HR & Finance administration tasks, it’s definitely in your favour. Any background involving administrative roles, customer service, or internships in finance would provide valuable support.
- We’re on the fast track to growth, which means there are times when you’ll need to take ownership and create processes where they don’t yet exist. Your proactive attitude is crucial.
- Things can change quickly here. If you’re good at changing your plans when needed and accepting all kinds of hands-on work, that’s a great skill.

You’ll assist with employee benefits programs, financial analysis and contribute to creating HR and finance documents like offer letters, contracts, expense policies, and internal communications.
