Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a HR Finance Analyst to support our People & Performance (HR) function across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll be responsible of financial planning, reporting, and analysis for people-related costs – including compensation, variable pay, and workforce planning. This role is critical in driving data-backed decision-making and managing the People ZBB (Zero-Based Budget) process.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Prepare monthly people cost analysis and reporting using payroll, HRIS, and finance systems
  • Prepare forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for people-related spend
  • Prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for People & Performance
  • Collaborate with HR, Shared Services, factories, and global teams
  • Provide insights and reports to support leadership decisions
  • Support audits and continuously improve finance processes
