JOB SUMMARY

The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR policy implementation. This role will ensure a healthy workplace culture aligned with Mira Gym’s values and mission.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a service or fitness industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software/tools

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various gym roles (trainers, front desk, cleaners, etc.)
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
  • Maintain updated job descriptions and employment contracts
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution
  • Promote a positive and respectful workplace environment
  • Plan and implement employee engagement activities and team-building events
  • Attendance & Payroll Support
  • Track employee attendance, leaves, and absences
  • Coordinate with accounts/payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing
  • Compliance & Records Management
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation
  • Performance Management
  • Assist in setting KPIs and evaluating staff performance
  • Support management in performance appraisals and feedback sessions
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate sessions for staff development
  • Help trainers and staff stay updated with professional certifications if needed
