MOL GBS Hungary Kft. is looking for a full-time HR Front Office Associate in Budapest. The position is only open to candidates with disabilities. THE NEW EMPLOYEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Receive and respond to inquiries from employees in person, by phone or email. Provide information on employee benefits, discounts, HR policies, labor and other legislation affecting employees. To issue certificates at the request of employees based on data recorded in the SAP HR2 system. Filing documents received from external or internal customers and employees in SAP HR4U and forwarding them to the relevant department. Checking the form and content of the documents received and, where necessary, making any necessary corrections. Modify personal data changes received from employees in SAP HR2. Check the authenticity of changes initiated by employees in the Self Service System and activate them. Handle complaints received by the HR Customer Service, forwarding them to the department's case manager if necessary and responding to the originator of the matter in a timely manner. To file and follow up all documents, enquiries and information in SAP HR4U system, managing tickets according to the rules. Actively participate in the development and efficiency of customer service processes.
