Your expertise will ensure data integrity and seamless integration, creating a smoother experience for our HR Shared Services team and the broader organisation.

QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Expert understanding of HR Information Systems (HRIS) administration, database maintenance, and best practices
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably TechnologyOne
  • Strong knowledge of HR people practices and processes related to systems

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Solid technical expertise in systems, databases, and integrations
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivots)

EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES

  • Proven customer-service focus with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in HR systems reporting, HR processes, and project management
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated maturity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
