Responsibilities: Is informed, applies, and operates in accordance with the current policies and procedures, as a member of the Human Resources team of Conventional Production at PPC Contributes to the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures throughout the employee lifecycle within the company Participates in the staffing and personnel development process (Job Description drafting and qualification definition, mainly for technical specialties, personnel selection, interviews), as well as the smooth onboarding of new employees into the organization Participates actively and supports projects undertaken by the Department, as an HR Business Partner, including communication with the business and organizational changes Understands the needs of the business, immediately identifying any problems and collaborates with the other HR departments to resolve them Monitors and analyzes progress and change indicators, providing solutions and practices based on data analysis and communicates the relevant reports Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a University Master's degree in Human Resources (HR) will be considered an additional qualification At least two (2) years of experience in a related field Experience in structured HR departments of large companies will be considered an additional qualification Advanced level of composing business presentations and reports will be considered an additional qualification Advanced level of information analysis and action plan design will be considered an additional qualification Knowledge of HRMS systems (SAP HRMS and/or SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday, etc.) will be considered an additional qualification Excellent knowledge of the English language Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact) Competencies: Accountability and result orientation Teamwork and collaboration Problem-solving and decision-making Effective communication Personal development Adaptability Benefits: Inclusive working environment Continuous training and participation in development activities Group health and life insurance program Reduced electricity consumption invoice
Responsibilities
