-Provide guidance to managers on discipline related policies and liaise with HR Generalists, Advisors, other Human Resources teams and business managers to identify issues and recommend timely solutions. -Drive consistent application of process controls, ensure quality documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures. -Ensure issues are solved with urgency and employment policies, compliance standards are interpreted and applied consistently across global taxonomies and regions. -Partner with compliance and surveillance groups to provide HR support as it relates to employee discipline. -Use judgement and initiative to address and/or escalate requests in a timely manner. -Support process and training documents to reflect enhancements and process changes.
