HR Generalist Reporting to: Head of People We’re looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support the Head of People with the day-to-day delivery of HR across the group. This is a varied, hands-on role combining recruitment, HR administration, performance processes, and the implementation of policies and procedures that help standardise and streamline how we work. What you’ll be doing Supporting the daily operation of the HR function. Coordinating recruitment, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Maintaining employee records, contracts, and HR systems. Acting as a first point of contact for employee and manager queries. Administering appraisals, probation reviews, and absence tracking. Assisting with the rollout and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures. Providing accurate data and documentation for payroll and reporting. What we’re looking for Experience in an HR Administrator or HR Generalist role. CIPD qualification (essential). Strong knowledge of core HR processes and best practice. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
