What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
  • Designing and managing onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Developing engaging training initiatives that support career growth and skill development
  • Supporting affirmative action planning and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Maintaining accurate employee records using HR software (Ceridian, Oracle, or equivalent)
  • Partnering with management on strategic workforce planning
  • Navigating employee relations and resolving workplace concerns with professionalism and care
  • Managing social media channels to strengthen employer branding and recruitment outreach
  • Keeping abreast of employment labor law updates and applying changes appropriately

What You’ll Bring

  • Proficiency in HR systems like Ceridian and Oracle
  • Deep understanding of affirmative action and employment law
  • Strong interviewing abilities and keen judgment when evaluating candidates
  • Experience designing and implementing training programs
  • Strategic thinking with an ability to align HR goals to business needs
  • Analytical skills for gathering and interpreting HR metrics
