POSITION SUMMARY

As the sole HR professional in the organization, the Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, compliance, policy development, performance management, and HR strategy. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and autonomy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, including payroll processing
  • Solid understanding of payroll systems and employment standards
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms -ADP is an asset
  • CHRP or CPHR designation (or in progress) is considered a plus
