QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and HR generalist duties.
  • Proven track record in successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and best HR practices.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-industry or consulting environment is a plus.
  • Experience from the Real Estate Industry is preferred.
  • Immediately available.
