Description:

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to join our team and play an essential role in shaping the future of our fast-growing and strategically important Indonesian engineering hub. In this role, you will support both the Country Director and our Budapest headquarters in managing all HR matters, from employment to team happiness, with a strong focus on recruiting for our key tech positions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- End-to-End Recruitment and Employer Branding:
- Create engaging job descriptions in cooperation with our engineers.
- Manage the entire applicant experience from utilizing online sourcing platforms to screening candidates, organizing interviews, and issuing offer letters.
- Administer all sourcing- and recruitment-related data properly in our ATS.
- Iterate on our selection processes as needed.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, and provide insights to shape hiring strategies.
- Support planning and coordinating our local talent pool strategy (organizing events, community building, ambassador activities, university relations, etc.).
- Subcontractor Management
- Support subcontractor sourcing – Identify, evaluate, and engage external subcontractors to fulfill specific project needs.
- Vendor and agency coordination – Collaborate with outsourcing agencies and staffing vendors to secure qualified subcontractors.
- Contract negotiation & onboarding – Assist in reviewing agreements, ensuring compliance, and facilitating the onboarding process for subcontractors.
- Supporting HR processes in a precise and timely manner:
- Keeping processes up to date in line with the latest changes.
- Managing our onboarding process end-to-end from offer acceptance to taking up work.
- Managing our offboarding processes end-to-end.
- Administering personnel records, employment agreements, and other documentation like employment confirmations throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Managing office-related matters (eg. ordering office supplies)
- Organizing local team-building programs for the Indonesian and APAC Team
