QUALIFICATION

• Minimum B.S. degree.
• Manufacturing HR experience is required.
• Local to North Carolina preferred.
• HR related License is a plus.

• Develop and maintain an effective recruitment pipeline to attract top talent.
• Serve as a recruitment expert, including strategic hiring and workforce planning.
• Support daily human resources operations, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• Manage HRIS platforms such as Paychex, ADP, NetSuite, and other related systems.
• Provide comprehensive support to the management team across a range of HR functions and initiatives.
