Job Description As an HR Generalist, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission, values and people practices of the organization. In close co-ordination with the HRBP, you will contribute to the enhancement and delivery of people objectives that emphasize quality, productivity standards, and a superior workforce. You will be supporting all functions in the HR department like HR Operations, employee relations, project roll-out and many more. Responsibilities Work closely with the HRBP to support and roll-out various HR initiatives Deliver HR support, interventions and guidance to the assigned business unit and managers • Develop and maintain the HR project calendar and ensure stakeholders are aware of projects and deadlines, drive completion Handle the various HRIS tools and modules for employee data management, monitoring and relevant report generation Provide guidance and inputs to manager and employees regarding HR programs, practices, and procedures Handle employee relations and HR matters including counselling in accordance with HR procedures, legal regulations including conflict resolution, progressive discipline, and terminations Work with HR Ops to update and maintain HR dashboards and data; interact with global counterparts as required to complete regular HR processes Evaluate and recommend improvements to HR processes and procedures to meet employee needs Maintain easy storage and retrieval of employee information with appropriate confidentiality and compliance Performs other duties as assigned and required Qualifications Night shift, Preferred Male Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration Generalist experience in a company with 1000+ employees strongly preferred 5+ years relevant work experience in Human Resources Knowledge of HR operations, administration, and legal regulations PHR designation preferred Proficiency using software programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook • Expertise in various HR tools, HRIS modules is required Problem Solving Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Verbal and Written Communication, Planning/Organizing, detail orientation and flexibility to accommodate work demands Additional Information As a workplace, we focus on relationships – with each other, our clients and our candidates - in fact serving others is one of our core values.
