Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team at Araby Brand. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on HR experience, with solid knowledge of recruitment processes, and will support various HR functions while contributing to a positive employee experience. This role offers a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Manage and support the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interviews coordination, and follow-ups. Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities. Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Provide day-to-day HR operational and administrative support. Stay updated on HR best practices, labor law basics, and industry trends. Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources (Recruitment experience is a must). Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
