A. Assists and serve as support in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties such as but not limited to:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records.
  • Prepare, revise and maintain HR documents like 201 file, employment contracts and new hire checklists.
  • Facilitate pre-employment orientation including company policies.
  • Answer employee queries about HR-related issues.
  • Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. general assembly, team building, christmas party etc).
  • Train employees regarding different internal training processes; soft skills and excellence trainings.
  • Administer employee relations and documentations regarding disciplinary actions.
  • Perform other HR - related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Position Requirements
1. Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent.
2. With at least 1-2 years of working experience specialized in Human Resources, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources position but fresh graduates are also highly encouraged to apply.
3. Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
4. Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
5. Can relate in all levels of organization.
6. Willing to be assigned in Nangka, Marikina City.
